ABOUT ME

Angie has been in the Fitness Industry for 17 years. She studied a Sports Management and Marketing degree before completing her Personal Training diploma in 2008. In March 21, Angie completed her Boxercise qualification. Angie started working as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and progressed to Studio Co ordinator and a year later Fitness Manager of a Health Club. After having her child she decided to resign from full time work and become a self employed Personal Trainer and Class instructor. Angie is passionate about sport, healthy living and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. She believes that through her work she can help and change people’s lives, guiding them to reach their personal goals. Her love and passion for this industry has always been fuelled by her own determination in field hockey – participating at provincial level – which grounded her knowledge in how important it is to maintain fitness and health from a young age.
At Angie Moore Personal Training, I offer a variety of different services. However in the last few years I have started specialising more in Pilates on a 1 to 1 basis and offering classes at a variety of venues. Recently qualified as a Boxercise coach, adding another string to her bow.
