PERSONAL TRAINING
During Personal Training, you will benefit from dedicated one to one training sessions, allowing you to focus on your results. In the initial physical analysis I will tailor a programme specifically for you, taking into account your current fitness levels, existing and potential injuries, limitations and your nutrition. Food diary's, advice and a food plan will be tailored for you!
Personal Training with me inlcudes a variety of different disciplines and methods, to keep your sessions interesting and challenging, whilst motivating for yourself. These include the option of strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardivascular exercise and sports specific sessions.
You may choose to purchase individual sessions, packages or pay monthly.
