PILATES
The Pilates concept is based upon developing your fitness levels through the improvement of your core strength and flexibility. Pilates targets the deep stabilising muscles within the body and with practice, Pilates will help you improve your posture, strength, function and movement of your joints, core strength and flexibility.
My Pilates classes are for all abilities, please don't feel that you can't attend because you may be a beginner or you may need a special requirement. Everyone takes the class at their own pace and ability. With on hand support from me, offering adaptations, modifications and progressions depending on your level. Please feel free to contact me if you are thinking about it and require additional information from me.
Pilates sessions are conducted on a 1 to 1 or group basis.

CLASSES

BOXERCISE -

Currently no Classes taking place. However I do put it into my Personal Training sessions if you would like.​
Boxercise has been designed to incorporate active contact without any physical contact. It must be stressed that we are NOT teaching the sport of boxing and we are NOT instructing in the art of self-defence.
Boxercise enables the instructor to coach, teach and instruct in a controlled environment.
